Our team comes from IPC, and over more than a decade we have worked on residential and commercial transactions of every shape: first homes and family upgrades, investment apartments, retail and office floors, negotiations that closed in a week and ones that took a year.
We have seen what makes a deal go well, and we have seen what quietly makes it go

That experience taught us something the listing portals never will. Most people don’t struggle to find property. They struggle to find clarity: whether the price is fair, whether the paperwork is clean, whether the builder will deliver, whether this is the right move at all.
So we started Griha X to be the advisor we always wished clients had on their side.
